How to miss the "golden prevention period"?

Turkey confirmed the first new crown case on March 11, and the first death occurred on the 17th.

On April 19, it surpassed Iran and became the country with the most confirmed cases in the Middle East.

An important reason for the rapid development of the epidemic in Turkey is that at the beginning of the spread of the outbreak in neighboring countries, the country missed the "golden prevention period" of the outbreak.

When the epidemic spread in Iran and Italy at the end of February, Turkey was busy launching a military operation codenamed "Shield of Spring" and related diplomatic consultations with Syrian government forces in Idlib, Syria.

After the first case was confirmed in Turkey, the epidemic quickly spread in Turkey.

Experts analyzed the reasons and believed that: people who came back from religious activities in other countries were not isolated in time;

There is no timely restrictions on overseas imports, and there are cruise ships docking in early March, including many tourists from Western countries;

The areas bordering on Iran, which was the hardest hit by the epidemic, did not take timely restrictions;

The government has never imposed a curfew considering the economic impact;

The public did not pay enough attention to the epidemic.
