Originally made from silk, Georgette is made with highly twisted yarns. Its characteristic crinkly surface is created by alternating S- and Z-twist yarns in both warp and weft.
Georgette is made in solid colors and prints and is used for blouses, dresses, evening gowns, saris, and trimmings. It is springier and less lustrous than the closely related chiffon.
Georgettes are known for being a thin silk and/or crepe dress material characterized by its crispness, body and outstanding durability. Silk georgette fabrics are for the most part always sheer and contain a dull face. Line this rich silky fabric and sew it into fabulous dresses, blouses and scarves.
Note: Lining this material may be of necessity for most applications.

1. Can I get any samples ? Do you pay for the postage ?
We can offer free samples A4 size. Normally you need pay for the postage.
2. What is your MOQ ? Can we get small quantity order ?
Different fabrics have different MOQ , and usually our MOQ is 300m per color. We accept small quantity orders as 10m 50m 100m etc , price depends on quantity of your order.
3. Can you make our own designs ?
We develop many new fabrics every year by ourselves or according your design, so we are glad to make your own designs .
4. May I get a cheaper price?
A cheaper price will be given if there is a large quantity you need. We can provide different price level, the more you order ,the cheaper you pay.
