Before sales: provide free samples for customers’ reference and confirm the details like patterns, fabrics a price. If you need prototype for your own pattern, the quotation will cover the freight.
After sales: keep contacting with our customers to ensure they are satisfied with us and look forward establishing long term relationship. For the defective products, we will shoulder responsibility even to arrange reproduction.

Q1: Can we get a sample for reference?
A4 samples will be free but the postage will be collected.
Q2:How Long does it take to finish Strike-off and Lap-dips?
Normally, For Digital printting fabric it will take 2-3 days for strike -off. For screen printting it will take 10-15 days for strike off.For dyed fabric, it will take 3-4 days for Lap-dips.
Q3: Do I need to pay deposit when contract is done?
Yes, 50% deposit within 3 working days is required. Our delivery time is based on the date that your deposit is already on our account.
Q4:How about the Minimum Order quantity?
For Digital print: No MOQ, For screen print:400KGS per design, For Dyeing ,400KGS per color
