Q3: Can I received samples first?
A3: Of course, we will offer you a sample to check our quality.
If you can accept our small piece sample. it is free sample, but you should pay the shipping for it.
however, we suggest you buy 5 yards first, because after you check it, you also use it. Meanwhile we will also give you some small piece sample with your goods to send to you.
Q4: Can I get any discount?
A4: The price is negotiable, we can offer you discount according to your order quantity.
Q5: How much are the shipping costs?
A5: Shipping cost is charged by the package's weight and related to the shipping methods you choose and your destination.
Q6: Why I need pay for customs fees ?
A6: Everyone buy something from other country should pay tax for custom, but Customs fees is depend on your country's custom. In most time,we will declare value as your request if you need.if you no request, I will do as common according our best way.

Q7:If the product I buy from you have some problem, what should I do?
A7: The goods before we ship out will be checked whether it is good or not, if is damaged, we won't ship to our customer .And if you really found the problem,Please take a photo and send back to us ,then we can check that . And if it is our duty, we will compensate you. Please note, if you could not contact me over a month, I am so sorry maybe I could not help you, because we will update our information in a month.
If you insist to return to good to us, it also is OK, but you should bear the shipping fee, and when we received the good, will refund you the money.
