How To Digital Print On Fabric

1. Prepare your design file

   Create your pattern in high resolution (PNG, AI, PDF or TIFF). Make sure the colors, size and repeat pattern are ready for printing.
2. Choose the right fabric

   Select suitable material such as polyester, cotton, linen, silk, or spandex blends. Different fabrics need different inks.
3. Pre-treat the fabric

   For natural fabrics (cotton, linen), a special coating liquid is applied to improve color brightness and fastness. Polyester usually does not require pre-treatment.
4. Digital printing machine

   The digital textile printer prints the design directly onto the fabric using inkjet technology, with high precision and clear details.
5. Drying & fixing

   The printed fabric goes through a heating machine to fix the ink. This step ensures wash resistance, no fading, and durability.
6. Finishing process

   The fabric is rolled, inspected, washed if needed, and final quality checked before delivery.

What if I receive defective?

First of all, all our fabrics will be checked carefully before shipping, but defective will occur sometimes.

1. If the defective is acceptable, we can sale it at a discount.

2. If the defective is unacceptable, we will arrange re-printing and send it out ASAP.

3. If the defective is unacceptable, and your turn around time is limited, we will return the payment back.
