Compared with the traditional printing technology, the textile digital printing technology has its obvious advantages in the following aspects

1. High precision digital printing

Digital printing has high precision, which can reach 1440dpi, while traditional screen printing can only reach 200dpi. Digital printing products have rich colors, natural transition, and clear patterns. The large increase in printing precision has made the production of high-definition printed textiles possible, allowing designers to break through the limitations of traditional fabric printing technology, give full play to their imagination, and make our products more distinctive and individual.

2. No need for plate making and flexible batch

No plate making is required, the batch is flexible, not limited by tricks, and the image can be modified arbitrarily, which can be realized in one piece or mass production, and the delivery speed is fast. Traditional printing requires pre-plate making, color matching, proofing, the more the color of the pattern, the more plates required, the longer the preparation time; and the smaller the production batch, the higher the production cost, the slower the delivery speed. Therefore, the traditional printing method is not suitable for making single pieces or small batches according to customer requirements, and it is difficult to meet the individual needs of modern consumers.

3. Environmental protection and low energy consumption

Digital printing machine has low energy consumption, low pollution and low noise. Inkjet printing does not use water and color paste in the printing process. The ink used in printing is "distributed on demand" by the computer. No wastewater is generated during the entire printing process, and the noise is low. It is a true clean production technology. The traditional printing needs to wash the screen, the printed fabric needs a lot of water to wash, and the soap is used to remove the floating color, which not only causes the waste of dyes, additives, water resources and energy, but also causes serious pollution.

4. Reserve of process files

Process file storage: the data and process plans required during the digital printing process are all stored in the computer to ensure the reproducibility of the printing
