                                Digital printing process and variety

Digital direct printing method: direct printing on the semi-finished textile fabric. This method is suitable for coating, active, dispersing, acid dye ink. The process is: select the appropriate semi-finished fabric according to the ink category (without adding softener), carry out sizing, drying, winding process, and then to digital equipment. Direct printing (the fabric is like paper), then drying, steaming, washing, drying, adding and setting.

Cold transfer method: printing a textile dye onto a specially coated paper, and then using a cold transfer machine to transfer the pattern onto the textile. This method is suitable for various fabrics other than blending. The ink used is active, disperse, acid and other dye inks; the method is also a semi-finished fabric, which is embossed with printed paper. There are two kinds of treatment methods for embossed fabrics. One is to carry out cold-stack chemical reaction to fix solid color (the fabric needs to be chemically treated in advance); the other is to carry out traditional steaming, water washing, stereotype and other traditional processes.

Thermal transfer method: the processed pattern is first printed on a specific paper with disperse dye ink. After drying, the printed printing paper is covered on the cloth to be printed, and then enters the thermal transfer printing machine, and is heated and pressurized. The fabric is passed through a thermal transfer printing machine to sublimate (gasify) the dye ink on the transfer paper pattern and transfer it to the fabric to complete the printing process without the need for post-fixing treatment, wherein the transfer fabric is processed through a semi-finished product. If no softener has been added, the addition of a softener may affect the color ratio.

Face different fabrics. There are also different processing techniques

Cotton, hemp, silk, etc.

Digital printing with reactive dye inks;

Chemical fiber

Disperse heat-sublimation dye ink and disperse direct-injection digital printing;

T/C blended fabrics can be printed with paint inks;

Wool, nylon and silk can be digitally printed with acid dye inks.
