Technical characteristics of digital printing
(1) The cost of digital printing in small batch production (within 1000m) is lower than that of traditional printing. This lays a good foundation for adapting to the multi-variety and small-batch market.
(2) The data and process plan required in the digital printing process are all stored in the computer to ensure the reproducibility of the printing. In the traditional rotary screen printing production, the preservation of archives is a rather troublesome problem. The storage of flower drafts, the storage of rotary nets and flat nets takes up a lot of space, which is a waste of manpower and material resources, and the preservation effect is not very good.
(3) Digital printing is a green and environmentally friendly production method. No water is used in the printing process, no color paste is required, and dyes are used as needed, no waste dyeing liquid color paste is discharged, and there is little pollution. Traditional printing requires a lot of water, and the waste liquid, waste water and waste pulp produced will cause great pollution to the environment.
(4) All the fastness indexes of digital printing can reach international standards (active, acid, disperse printing, fully in line with European and American export standards), meeting the requirements of many foreign trade merchants.
(5) Digital printing can receive orders through the Internet, the whole process is controlled by computer, and the pattern is stored in the computer in digital form to ensure the consistency of printing colors, and the process is highly automated.
(6) In the traditional printing process, the flower pattern designed by the designer should be designed according to the characteristics of the printing equipment. This limits the designer's play to a certain extent. In the process of digital inkjet printing, there is no concept of flower return, so that the designer's design ideas can be brought into full play, the space of textile pattern design is expanded, and the foundation for designers to design more beautiful patterns is laid.
(7) Digital printing has high-precision quality that traditional printing cannot achieve, such as 2880dpi.
