                                          Process Of Reactive Digital Printing 


Reactive digital printing is an important type of digital ink jet printing. Reactive  digital printing, with bright color, comprehensive chromatography, good evenness and high fastness to dry and wet friction, is the main printing process for cotton, hemp and silk. Because of various excellent properties of reactive dyes, the proportion of digital inkjet printing in the current market is also relatively large. Digital printing of reactive dyes requires pre-and post-processing, The pre-and post-processing equipment can be improved according to the output and production mode of each digital printing production combined with the actual situation of each factory to improve the use of traditional pre-and post-processing equipment or custom-made finishing equipment for small batch processing. 



Step 1 Coating and drying

Reasons for coating is mainly to prevent ink diffusion, improve printing accuracy, at the same time the need to produce chemical reaction with the fabric of various additives, evenly smeared on the fabric. Generally we recommend the use of SD1800 flat sizing machine with needle chain, drying mechanism, cloth mechanism, coating mechanism. 


Step 2  Steam:

After printing, printed fabric needs to steam in time, otherwise the color will have color difference. In order to prevent the volatilization of the auxiliary, it is necessary to seal it with plastic bag when rolling. 


Step 3  Washing:


The main purpose of washing is to remove the non-reactive aids and floating colors on the fabric. In the process of washing, a variety of chemical auxiliaries, such as fixed color, softener and so on, are added to the washing process. Improve dry friction, wet friction fastness and gloss of fabric. The water washing process generally adopts the flat water washing machine, the small batch can use the rope water washing machine. 


Step 4  fabric setting drying 


You can use a large stretch molding machine, according to the requirements to limit the width of the stretch, this time you can add softener and fixing agent in the setting slot, completed synchronously.
